All in stock items ship out the same day. Orders placed after 12pm are treated as though they came in the next day. 

Out of stock items ship within 7 days of the order placed.

Made to order items must be individually crafted. This means that every made to order item will have a unique shipping date. 

If any flags appear from credit card transactions (potential fraud notification), orders may be placed on hold until the flag is lifted.

 All chains, post backs, and components are made of solid metal and consist of the quality and purity stated. I.e. "14K Yellow Gold" items come with a 14K yellow gold pendant on a 14K yellow gold chain.
